Your place inside the Touch Base community.

Group therapy offers the opportunity to work through OCD alongside others who truly understand the challenges it brings. Led by an OCD specialist with both professional and lived experience, these virtual groups combine Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in a supportive, evidence-based setting designed to help participants build confidence, challenge OCD, and feel less alone.

No pressure, just honesty and presence
✉️ We review and exchange your letter
Carefully handled to keep the community safe and anonymous

A real person, a real moment, something meaningful-
because the OCD community deserves a steady place to touch base with one another.
TouchBase is intentionally grown slowly to protect the care and meaning behind each exchange.
We open a limited number of spots at a time, and once you join, your place in the community is held.
Each month, you remain a part of the club.
