What We Offer Currently
A supportive weekly community space for people living with OCD to connect, feel understood, and know they are not alone.
This group meets every Thursday at 12pm EST for 45_ minutes via Zoom.
Led by our founder, Megan Spencer, LPC-R—a therapist who treats OCD and also lives with OCD—this gathering offers compassionate conversation, encouragement, and shared understanding from someone who understands OCD both personally and professionally.
This service is subscription-based. Members are charged $50 per month ($12.50 per support group meeting) which includes all four weekly sessions each month.
Because your membership reserves your place in the group and supports the continuity of the community, monthly fees remain the same whether or not you attend every session.
Please note: this group is not therapy and does not replace individual therapy or formal group therapy. It is intended as a supportive peer-based space for connection, reflection, and community.

TouchBase is intentionally grown slowly to protect the care and meaning behind each exchange.
We open a limited number of spots at a time, and once you join, your place in the community is held.
Each month, you remain a part of the exchange.
